How do you manage the risk of experiential education programs? This session will provide an overview of the successful model used by Elon University for experiential learning and outdoor adventure programs. The session will provide a framework for how to develop a culture of open communication and effective training of student leaders through a network of campus resources and partnerships. The session will include the opportunity to discuss specific issues on your campus.

Objectives:
+Learn how to identify valuable resources and build partnerships across campus
+Understand how to improve student leader training to reduce risk
