Is your institution prepared for the inevitable travel emergencies that happen during study abroad? Join us for an in-depth look at practical crisis management planning. Attendees will actively engage with peers in a collaborative, interactive case study to explore best practices for crisis management to protect students, faculty, and staff traveling outside the country.

Objectives:
+Identify key risks, challenges, and best practices involved in the practical crisis management process
+Improve mental agility, communication, and decision-making skills for handling emergencies abroad
+Optimize emergency action plans for study abroad before an incident occurs, with emphasis on understanding the internal and external roles and responsibilities during a crisis.
