We will highlight the factors that led to the current hard market, explore characteristics associated with hard markets, and examine how current conditions impact higher education. The session will include an interactive discussion about steps you can take to prepare for the hard market and the best ways to keep internal stakeholders informed of cost and coverage implications associated with the changing market.

Objectives:
+Gain an understanding of the factors that have resulted in a hard market
+Discover how to prepare and navigate a hard market
